Emily Redman

Emily took her first yoga class over 15 years ago and hated every minute of it. She had paid for a whole series though, so she stuck it out. She slowly realized that the more she practiced, the more at home she felt in her own body and mind, and that the challenges and successes she meets on her yoga mat teach her so much about navigating the rest of her life. Her other loves are exploring in the outdoors, chasing her children, and finding small ways to have an adventure every day.
Emily completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the summer of 2013, and her classes are a blend of mindfulness, flow, and thoughtful challenges.
